This website is set up and maintained on a voluntary basis by other investors in this group, with the goal of collectively representing investors to find the best possible outcome for all and providing regular updates.

The THC Investor Steering Group (SG) meets regularly and supports a hub of 1,108 individual investors so far and is growing daily. The group exists currently on our online community platform hosted by Slack and we aim to distribute regular updates.

The purpose of the SG is to organise and encourage the broader THC investor community to work together as a group. Working together significantly improves our chances of a successful outcome and will help reduce Administrator fees by channelling the group’s questions via the SG.

We are focusing on the following priorities:

To identify and encourage other THC investors to join our group.

Data collection – we need to build an independent picture of how many Investors exist.*

Obtain an initial mandate from the investor community to open a dialogue with the Administrators as swiftly as possible and meet with any other bodies that are deemed necessary to assist our claim.

Identify relevant experts to provide legal advice and a second opinion on the Administrators' proposed plans, if necessary.

Prepare for a potential crowdfunding campaign in case we need to cover any costs.

On behalf of the community of THC investors, we have established a protocol for communication with the Administrators to raise any concerns and to discuss their proposals. ​Following these discussions, we will determine if it is necessary to consult with independent lawyers and/or insolvency practitioners.

*Any information provided will only be used for the purposes of pursuing recovery strategies and all data will be stored and managed in compliance with GDPR using best practice data management rules. The SG will plan to re-confirm its mandate before any major action is taken. All Investors will reserve the right to pursue their own actions independently of any actions that the SG takes. Please be aware, however, that the Administrators will rightly be billing for all interested parties' correspondence so all emails, queries, etc. directly to them will have an impact on how much is retrievable for investors. Collective voices will be financially better for all individual investors.
